Chase Sapphire product innovation AND CONSUMER INSIGHTS
J.P. Morgan Chase Bank sought to launch a new range of credit cards with an emotional connection to the ascending affluent customer. In-depth consumer research identifIED emotional connections to wealth and creative ideation workshops with expert participants from the luxury, technology and innovation industries hypothesized the 'future of wealth' for the ascending affluent.
Project deliverables comprised high-level credit card positioning concepts, brand pillars, detailed services and rewards selections, and visual inspiration boards to guide creative development around critical themes related to ease of service, freedom, sustainability, and fantasy.
This project evolved into the launch of the Chase Sapphire product line.
