brand strategy project that involved in-depth consumer, brand, and category analysis to understand high-net-worth consumers' attitudes towards the La Prairie brand and their use of skincare products and beauty regimes. It also codified essential elements of La Prairie's DNA, evolved emotional brand levers and ideated inspirational storyboards to enhance the brand's visual vocabulary and creative development. Additional marketing recommendations led to packaging refinement and an improved e-commerce platform.
